Overview
Features
◆Equipped with the latest micro focus X-ray generator has improved on system’s reliability
and resolution.
◆FD (flat panel type) and (I.I.type) are available for the TOSMICRON-S4000 series. Wide
dynamic range images free from distortion can be obtained by FD. High sensitivity, high
contrast images can be obtained by IN.
◆A newly developed high–speed and high-accuracy mechanism enable to move and to decide
the inspection points you need easily and smoothly. By this function, the total inspection time
is reduced drastically (50% comparing with our conventional system). With high-accuracy
mechanism, it shows the power on functions of auto table moving or measurement, and image
processing (subtraction etc.)
◆By equipped with the standard function of navigation, it enables high-speed moving to the
inspection point.
◆With auto-contrast adjustment function, X-ray images can be easily obtained.
TOSMICRON-S does not require any specific knowledge, because it comes with our Image
Replay and Repositioning as well.
